Delegate fee: EUR 1,550 – early registration fee valid until 12 March 2017; EUR  1,750 – applicable 13 March – 17 April; as of 18 April the registration fee will be EUR 1,950

This includes bus transfer from/to Brussels and lunch.

Tuesday, 9th May 2017: Conference Sessions (all day) followed by a Reception

Nyrstar’s Budel Zinc Smelter: The Budel zinc smelter is situated in the south-east of The Netherlands near the Belgian border, and is a large-scale smelter with a capacity of 260,000 tonnes of zinc. Budel produces zinc and zinc alloys predominately from low iron concentrate and is one of the most efficient zinc producers in the world. Budel’s two key products are SHG and zinc galvanizing alloys.

Accommodation:

IZA has blocked a number of rooms for Zinc Conference participants at the special rates of EUR 189 per night for single occupancy including full American breakfast and high speed internet. City tax is extra – EUR 9.50 per room, per night. A supplement of EUR 20 applies for double occupancy.

Cut-off date for room reservations is 3rd April 2017. Room bookings made thereafter will be subject to availability/rate.

Information on how to reserve a room will be available at the end of the registration process.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing (email, fax or post) to International Zinc Association, 2530 Meridian Parkway, Suite 115, Durham NC  27713 USA; fax: +1 (919) 361-1957; email: contact@zinc.org no later than 14 April 2017. All refunds are subject to a EUR 100 processing fee and will not be processed until after the conference. Cancellations made after 14 April 2017 are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted.

Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
